{"id":13429,"date":"2022-05-02T14:23:21","date_gmt":"2022-05-02T12:23:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cives-odv.org\/web\/?p=13429"},"modified":"2022-05-02T14:23:21","modified_gmt":"2022-05-02T12:23:21","slug":"cives-livorno-esercitazioni-con-il-corso-stop-the-bleed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cives-odv.org\/web\/2022\/05\/02\/cives-livorno-esercitazioni-con-il-corso-stop-the-bleed\/","title":{"rendered":"CIVES Livorno: Esercitazioni con il Corso Stop the Bleed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il CIVES Provinciale di Livorno in data 30 Aprile ha preso parte ad una esercitazione organizzata dal Bleeding Control dal norme &#8220;Stop the bleed&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa \u00e8 divenuta una tematica fondamentale, sopratutto da quando la cultura della rianimazione \u00e8 divenuta pi\u00f9 diffusa e la sensibilizzazione ora inizia a coprire nuovi campi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In seguito ad un trauma, di qualsiasi natura esso sia, la vittima pu\u00f2 andare in contro a morte per emorragia massiva in 5 \u2013 10 minuti.<br>Il corso <strong>&#8220;Stop the Bleed&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 attualmente distribuito dall\u2019organizzazione <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bleedingcontrol.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">BleedingControl<\/a>,\u00a0 sotto l\u2019egida dell\u2019 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">American College of Surgeons<\/a> in conseguenza dell\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bleedingcontrol.org\/about-bc\/hartford-consensus\" target=\"_blank\">Hartford Consensus<\/a>, e promosso dalla campagna<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/stopthebleed\" target=\"_blank\"> Stop The Bleed<\/a>, ovvero le policy di sicurezza sociale varate dal Governo Obama per far fronte ad atti di terrorismo e violenza pubblica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il CIVES ha partecipato all&#8217;evento. Oltre che la nozione teorica, sono state condotte delle esercitazioni sul campo, simulando un caso nella Grotta del Gufo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il corso mira ad insegnare alla popolazione le tecniche per gestire un\u2019emorragia massiva e soccorrere la vittima, in attesa di soccorsi qualificati. Infatti l\u2019Hartford Consensus consiglia che una risposta integrata ad esempio ad un attacco terroristico, o una sparatoria, debba rispondere ad alcune azioni critiche, riassunte nell\u2019acronimo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THREAT<\/strong>:<br><strong>Threat <\/strong>\/ identificazione del pericolo<br><strong>Hemorrhage<\/strong> control \/ controllo delle emorragie<br><strong>Rapid Extrication<\/strong> to safety \/ estrazione rapida in zona di sicurezza dei feriti<br><strong>Assessment<\/strong> by medical providers \/ valutazione delle condizioni da parte di soccorritori sanitari<br><strong>Transport<\/strong> to definitive care \/ trasporto verso la sede di trattamento definitivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
